Overview : Request for Proposal Development of Software, Supply and Delivery of Hardware for the Implementation of Philippine Renewable Energy Market System (PREMS) The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines invites private entities to apply for eligibility and to submit a Proposal for the Supply of Products and Services for the Implementation of the Philippine Renewable Energy Market System (PREMS), under the Development for Renewable Energy Applications Mainstreaming and Market Sustainability (DREAMS) project. The successful contractor shall supply and deliver both hardware and software component for a complete, high quality and fully functional Philippine Renewable Energy Market System (PREMS). Likewise, the successful contractor shall develop, customize, install and test application software, hardware and equipment, as well as provide system documentation (including the source code) for any development activities for the PREMS and provide user trainings.
