| Overview : On behalf of UNLIREC and the Government of Jamaica, UNDP Jamaica invites suitably qualified bidders to bid for the following:- As per drawing:- 1. Supply and Install new acoustic surfacing/panels designed to reduce and absorb reflected sound of high, mid and low range frequency with a Noise Reduction Coefficient of at least 0.07 on the perimeter walls and ceiling (inclusive of door and florescent ceiling light fixtures) on walls: A, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, L, M and Ceiling as per drawing attached. - Minimum thickness: 30mm
- Colour: light colour panel that achieves 80 % reflectiveness.
2. Supply and install non-skid anti-ricochet rubber mats, to retain fired projectile, on the terrazzo floor. - Minimum thickness: 0.5 inches
- Excluding Vault, Firing Pit and Full Blast Pit areas as per drawing attached.
3. Provide: - Material data on all materials/solutions offered
- Specifications on required maintenance of materials/ solutions
- Information on the lifespan of materials/ solutions
- A report from an ISO 9001 or equivalent Laboratory on tests performed on all materials/ solutions offered
- One-year warranty on all materials and work provided on site.
