| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will develop a new Gender and Elections Encyclopedia Topic for the revamped ACE Electoral Knowledge Network. The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Electoral Policy Specialist in G&P/BPPS and in close consultation with the Inclusive Political Process Team Leader and the UNDP’s Disability Focal Point in the Rule of Law and Human Rights Team.
