Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project Grand Bay Community Cistern Rehabilitation Project”' in Grenada that requires the services of an company to perform the work described in the abovementioned subject. 

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the above captioned assignment as detailed in Annex I of this RSO.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex III.  To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following: 

  1. The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above (Annex I);
  2. The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability (Annex II), which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP;
  3. The Financial Proposal template (Annex III);
  4. General Terms and Conditions (Annex IV); and
  5. The Company Contract (Annex V), which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.

Quotations may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated on the website and via  e-mail, Procurement.bb@undp.org

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 10MB, and virus-free.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. 

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
