| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks a national consultancy firm to conduct livelihoods assessment for the project “Improving the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities to climate change related impacts in Viet Nam Project 2017-2022”. The consultancy firm is expected to achieve the following objectives: 1. Propose an analytical framework for livelihood assessment for the GCF project that takes into account local circumstances and looks specifically socio-economic factors and the particular needs of groups such as ethnic minorities and women as leaders in implementation.
2. Develop livelihood restoration plans for 10 communes selected for mangrove interventions by the GCF project in 2018-2019 across 3-5 provinces The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
