| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks for 01 Independent expert to provide peer review on Mekong Delta Water Resource Studies and prepare Project Completion Report for the Component of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) under Capacity Building for Implementation of the National Climate Change Strategy (CBICS) Project. The national expert in close coordination with the international and other national experts hired by UNDP isexpected to provide strong technical review and policy advisory to MARD on the specific research topics as mentioned in the prior part. Specifically, the objective of the assignment is: - Provide peer-review on the draft and final technical reports of the consultant teams mobilized by the CBICS for the two studiesin terms of its quality and compliance based on given respective ToRs and relevant review criteria agreed among UNDP-PMU and the consultant.
- Provide comments on policy implication for the investment, given the need to ensure synergy for the overall MDP and inter-regional linkage (Decision 593/QĐ-TTg dated 06/04/2016 by the Prime Minster).
Prepare project completion report for the CBICS-MARD Component.
