On behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme / Special Human Settlements Programme for the Palestinian People (UN-Habitat/SHSPPP), the United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) requests proposals from eligible consulting firms/entities to prepare city-region Plans, generously financed by the European Union and under the guidance of the Ministry of Local Government.
