| Overview : The Talent Development Unit (TDU) /Office of Human Resources (OHR) is looking to recruit a Senior HR Consultant who will be responsible with formulating a corporate learning policy for UNDP in the context of new People Strategy. The senior HR consultant will be responsible for carrying out a current state analysis based on maturity assessment (Bersin by Deloitte maturity model for organizational learning), other best practices and defining the parameters governed by a new policy and finally drafting the new learning policy.
