We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Procurement of 5 KVA Generators, as detailed in attached Annex 1 of this RFQ Ref. 2018/PROC/UNDP-MMR/PN/041.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

For electronic submission, please send only the duly completed Proposal Documents with above-mentioned RFQ No. to bids.mm@undp.org;

Closing date for submission of proposals will be COB,  15 June 2018 (Myanmar Time) or as early as possible before the deadline.

If you have received this RFQ through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded.
