| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request to submit your proposal for “Plastic Recycling Management Programme: A Partnership” to be implemented in Bhopal, Goa, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad - Bidders to submit proposals separately for each city Bidders can submit proposals for more than one city, however, they are required to submit separate proposals for each city. In case one bidder is submitting proposal for multiple cities, they need to propose separate teams for each city. Also, to provide separate evidence as required under evaluation criteria. The evaluation will be carried out separately for each city and IPs will be selected based on cumulative highest scores. Proposals may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-tendering system.
