| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will support the organization's early warning capacities, specifically in the further development and deployment of the CRD platform. The consultant will specifically support the data and information management processes for deploying new CRDs while maintaining and further developing existing CRDs. The consultant will further support the integration of new tools and capabilities of the CRD platform, particularly in the areas of machine learning / artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and big data / social media analytics.
