| Overview : The required scope of work for the strategy of Saudi Red Crescent Authority’s, which shall provide future services, and enhance the level of current emergency services and benchmark it with the best international practices suitable for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition to providing initiatives and recommendations that are applicable and in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Vision 2030. The bidders will develop the strategy of Saudi Red Crescent Authority to provide future services and enhance the level of current emergency services. Submission of technical & financial Proposals by bidders shall be in the Arabic language. Work begins within two weeks after bidder selection. Technical and financial proposals are required. |
