Overview : The objective of this consultancy is to support MINECOFIN in completion of the national report on SSC/TrC initiatives, and collecting the information on key strategic priorities of Rwanda towards the BAPA+40 to elaborate the formal statement of the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning that will be included in the Regional Report.
