Services of an Information Technology Solutions Provider for the Design, Development and Delivery of Database System for the Decommissioning Process

 

The Procurement Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites service providers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the “Services of an Information Technology Solutions Provider for the Design, Development and Delivery of Database System for the Decommissioning Process”

 

The service provider is expected to provide an appropriate database system that will hasten IDB’s verification and decommissioning processes, formulate a database design with the highest level of confidentiality and operational applicability, develop application modules for the database system with the uppermost consideration of its user-friendliness, define hardware and software specifications for the database system which commensurate to the requirements of IDB, design and implement a training for the database system users and technical support personnel.

The abovementioned Bidding Documents shall be released to all interested participants from June 26 to July 6, 2018 only.  The Bidding Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes.

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.  UNDP assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
