Procurement Notices

UNDP-Iran intends to procure cooling system equipment/supplies through open international bidding based on the specifications provided in the attached Request for Quotation package. 

The package is also in access of public from UNDP-Iran website at http://www.ir.undp.org/content/iran/en/home/operations/procurement/ 

Note: The bidders are allowed to quote for each Lot or preferred combination of Lots or all lots together. The quotation should include all items of each lot and partial bid on each lot is not allowed. Below please see the description of requested items under each lot:

Lot 1:

• Liquid and moisture indicator -10°C evaporation 40 condensation
• Liquid and moisture indicator -25°C evaporation 40 condensation

Lot 2:

• Liquid line filter drier -10°C evaporation 40 condensation
• Liquid line filter drier -25°C evaporation 40 condensation

Lot 3:

• Solenoid valve -10°C evaporation 40 condensation
• Solenoid valve -25°C evaporation 40 condensation

Lot 4:

• Suction line liquid accumulator and heat exchanger -10°C evaporation 40 condensation
• Suction line liquid accumulator with heat exchanger -25°C evaporation 40 condensation

Lot 5:

• Thermostat controller

Lot 6:

• Ventilator evaporator

Lot 7:

• Compact Condensor -10°C evaporation 40 condensation
• Compact Condensor - 25°C evaporation 40 condensation

Lot 8:

• Evaporator -10°C evaporation 40 condensation
• Evaporator -25°C evaporation 40 condensation

Important Note: The bidders should note the options in the specifications of each lot. For each lot the bidders can quote for either of requested options based on their availability of products. The offered product should comply in specifications with any of the requested options.
