Overview : EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) PHL-EOI-2018-003 The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines invites firms and private entities to apply for eligibility and to submit their proposal for the establishment of a Roster of Consultancy Firms for the Conduct of Independent Evaluations Covering Various Thematic Areas of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) And for Other Related Purposes under the Project “Using Strategic Monitoring and Evaluation to Accelerate Implementation of the Philippine Development Plan 2017-2022.” The successful consultancy firms/entities are expected to make use of quantitative and/or qualitative methods to analyze official statistics and program and project data gathered by government agencies, as well as to generate new data and insights on how government programs should be implemented to maximize positive impact and minimize risks and costs. Please note that incomplete submissions will not be considered. UNDP will short-list consultancy firms/entities based on the assessment of the submitted information. Proposers that are outside of Manila may wish to join the briefing and consultation by sending an email request to procurement.ph@undp.org to participate via Skype. The deadline of submission of proposals is extended till 20 August 2018, by close of Business (Manila Time). Proposals received after the above deadline will not be considered.
