| Overview : United Nations Volunteers, which is administered by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereinafter referred to as “UNV” hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal for the Provision of Interviewers / Invigilator Services for UN Bonn. The purpose of the present bidding is to conclude a Long Term Agreement for 1 year, extendable up to a total of 3 years, upon satisfactory service. The Service provider shall: 1. Attend organizational meeting prior to the official LPE dates. 2. Provision of native speakers (official 6 UN languages) for interviewing LPE participants. 3. Provision of native speakers (official 6 UN languages) invigilating the written part of the LPE. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before 17:00 hours (ECT Time) Friday 14th August 2018 and via email to the address below: procurement@unv.org Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 4, in preparing your Price Proposal MUST BE PASSWORD PROTECTED. The password for opening the Financial Proposal should be provided only upon request of UNV. UNV will request password only from bidders whose Technical Proposal has been found to be technically responsive. Failure to provide correct password may result in the proposal being rejected. Your Proposal must be expressed in the English Language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
