We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the Supply of Furnitures to Nineveh Governorate in 2 lots as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. 

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this RFQ, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFQ and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.

“For e-Tendering submission - as indicated in e-Tendering system. Note that system time zone is in EST/EDT (New York) time zone. Any changes due to day light saving measures will not change/effect the time for the subject tender.”

Bidders who will be registered on the e-tendering will be able to download the complete bidding documents from the e-tendering website at:  https://etendering.partneragencies.org
