We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Support to introduction of high energy efficiency appliances and systems through ESCOs in public and municipal sectors of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. (the detailed TOR is attached separately as Annex 1a).
Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
Proposals need to be submitted on or before Wednesday, 29 August 2018, 4:00 pm local Yerevan time (GMT +4) via email, courier mail to the address below:

Proposals submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 5MB, virus-free and no more than 3 transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.
Please note that proposals received through any other e-mail address will not be considered.
Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 60 calendar days.
In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your Proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files. |
