UNDP’s Talent Development Unit, Office of Human Resources, Bureau for Management Services, seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement with a vendor who provides high-quality and cutting-edge online MOOC courses. A MOOC is a ‘massive open online course’ aimed at high-volume participation and is accessible via the web. In addition to traditional course materials such as readings and filmed lectures, MOOCs provide e.g. interactive user forums to support community interactions among students and professors. MOOCs would be offered in partnership with universities and business schools. This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system and interested bidders must register in the system in order to access additional documents.
