| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks a national firm to develop and produce short animation video clips on the resilient houses affected by wind levels (01 clip) The Contractor is expected to: - Develop 01 short animation video clips to show how the resilient house (an example is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSHTMhm42b4) - Produce a short 30 – 45 seconds promo cut on each type of house part for the social media use - Broadcast the video in the national television VTV. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
