Overview : - BACKGROUND
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the UN's global development network, advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. In Botswana, UNDP continues to support the Government in addressing national challenges and achieving its development goals. UNDP Botswana has a staff complement of 42 - an asset for delivering development service. As part of a comprehensive strategy to continuously improve performance and boost staff morale, the Country Office (CO) undertakes retreats from time to time. It is against this background that UNDP is planning a staff retreat on the 26 – 28th September 2018.The aim of this retreat is to deliberate and come up with concrete outcomes that will enhance teamwork and boost staff morale.To that end, UNDP invites an experienced team building and/or retreat facilitator to assist the team in the preparation for the retreat, to facilitate at the retreat and provide a report on the retreat outcomes including lessons learnt and concrete actions. |
