Overview
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo kindly request Professional Companies to submit a Quotation for “Supply and installation of CCTV Cameras”. This Request for Quation is part of the “Inter-community Dialogue through inclusive Cultural Heritage Preservation” project, financed by the European Union’s Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP) and implemented by the UNDP in Kosovo.
This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system. Interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents.

An Offerors conference and introduction on UNDP eTendering online system will be conducted on 07 of September 2018, from 10:00 at United Nations Development Programme office at Zagrebi street Nr.58, Prishtinë/Priština. And a site visit, will be organized as follow:
1) On 07 Septemner 2018 from 11:00, meeting point will be at UNDP Office, site to visit: St Nicholas in Prishtinë/Priština and Gazimestan monument near Prishtinë/Pristina.
2) On 10 September 2018 from 10:00, meeting point will be at St. Sava church in Mitrovicë/Mitrovica, site to visit: St. Sava church in Mitrovicë/Mitrovica and Goric Monastery in the Istog/Istok municipality.
3) On 11 September 2018 from 10:00 meeting point will be at Prizren municipal building (infront of cadastral office near the “Lumbardhi’’ river), site to visit Ljevisca church in Prizren and Sveti Vrac Monastery in Zociste village Rahovec/Orahovac municipality. While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Offeror
