| Overview : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Services of a CONSULTANT FOR the “RE Decade Report” The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines invites private entities to apply for eligibility and to submit a Proposal for writing of RE Decade Report. The successful contractor shall organize an expert team that will write the articles and prepare the lay-out of a “ready to print” report on the 10 years of implementation of the RA 9513.The report must aim to inspire and educate and provide a credible knowledge base to discuss the history, accomplishments and ways forward to develop the renewable energy industry in the Philippines.
