RFP-049-18 Development and Implementation of eCitizen Citizen engagement system for 18 Local Governments in BiH Your Proposal must be expressed in the English or B/H/S language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Amended Eligibility Criteria, no longer requiring contracts to be implemented in BiH only, is below: „Reference letters for a minimum of three implemented contracts related to development and implementation of the web applications (working with DB back-end) with similar financial scope in the last 5 years. Recommendation letters must indicate contact details of purchasers, the value and dates of the completed projects.“ |
