| Overview : I. General Information: 1. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will hold public sale of vehicles and a Printer. 2. All items are owned by the UNDP Timor Leste and are parked and placed in the UN House’s parking area located at Caicoli Street Dili Timor Leste. The items have been declared surplus to the needs of the UNDP is for sale to the general public. Bidders can bid on one LOT and or more than one; UNDP reserve the rights to sell each item/lot separately. 3. The Site visit commence on 01-09 October 2018. Prospective bidders may view the items during working hours at UN House Caicoli Dili from 10:00am -12:00 noon. II. General Terms of Sale 1. Interested parties are invited to make a bid to purchase “lot/s” of items, which are sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis without recourse or warranties of any kind. The successful bidder is responsible for payment of taxes or fees to the Government of Timor-Leste due as a result of this sale before items may be collected. Bids must be submitted on the provided and approved forms (Annex B Bid Price Form) in order to be considered. The forms can be obtained on the day of the site visit. 2. Winning bidders will be notified by Wednesday, 24 October 2018 and thereafter have 3 (three) business days to make necessary payment to UNDP Finance Unit prior to removal the vehicles or items (s) from the UN House premises.
