| Overview : Scope of Work: Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Programme Analyst -EVAW, the service provider will undertake the following tasks: - Set methodology and workplan for the entire assignment. This will include venues, production, invitations, food & accommodation, Video and photography documentation, security.
- Hire a theatre expert as a consultant, who will, with the existing and new groups:
- Prepare identified student theatre groups with screenplays, production and performance
- Provide technical support to individual teams as per need
- Lead the show and implement the play on the actual event
- Identify network/association/platforms of young theatre artists in Comilla to perform at Comilla University, the newest participant, with no prior activation
- Create necessary information or student platforms (public announcements, social media platforms creation, outreach & management) to build up the hype and ensure participation of at least 250 participants, at each venue
- Identify local media partners and manage media for announcement of the final festivals and other activities
- Organize final festival
- Development and printing of pertinent printed materials, merchandising, and giveaways
