| Overview : We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Maintenance and Monitoring of UNNPDS required for United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) Nepal. The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) is attached as Annex 4. This bidding exercise will result in entering into a Long Term Agreement with the selected bidder for a period of two years, with the provision of extension for one additional year, based on satisfactory performance. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before 5:00PM Monday, October 29, 2018 , by hand delivery/courier mail to the address below: United Nations Development Programme UNDP/RFP/13/2018 UNDP Registry, UN House, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal. Your Proposal must be expressed in the English language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. There will be a pre-bid meeting at 2:30PM on 15 October 2018 in UNDSS Meeting Hall, UN House, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal. The details of the UNNPDS system will be presented in the pre-bid meeting. Hence, attendance in the Pre-bid meeting is mandatory. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. |
