The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for promoting the implementation of  the Kuwait Environmental Protection Law through the enhancement of the data quality of the Environmental Monitoring Information System of Kuwait (eMISK) services in Kuwait.

If you are interested in submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.

Proposals must be submitted on or before 28 of October 2018, 8 am EDT. Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using

Click on Register as a Sourcing Bidder and register your company and create your permanent account including a new username and password. Loading the page might take some time. Please be patient.

While choosing your username, it is recommended to use two words with a dot in between e.g: blue.company

For your password please make sure it is a combination of letters with at least one number and one capital letter.
