Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks for 01 consultant team (led by one international consultant and one national consultant) to conduct an end-of-project evaluation for Damrey Housing Rehabilitation and Recovery project.. The purpose of the evaluation is to primarily examine the degree to which the Project has met its objective of building 300 houses, helping the affected households live in safe, secure and private houses and to explore options for enhancing methodologies and approaches for replication in potential future typhoon recovery interventions if required. Findings from this evaluation will provide a transparent basis for similar housing interventions by UNDP, the Government and provincial authorities, and potential donors. To this end, the evaluation will also look at options for enhancement of current approaches for potential replication, including but not limited to opportunites to enhance building designs to incorporate more energy efficient or ‘green’ features.
