Overview : United Nations Development Programme in the frames of regional project on Strengthening Community Resilience and Regional Coperation for Prevention of Violent Extremism Conducive to Terrorism in Central Asia is extending a competition for grants among non‑governmental/non-commercial organizations for supporting initiatives and action plans of vulnerable youth in target areas of Aktobe and Karaganda oblasts. The purpose of the grant: to identify the non-profit sector partners of Aktobe and Karaganda oblasts for conduction and administration of the small grants programme to support the initiatives of vulnerable youth. The projects should be focused on: - Supporting and implementing initiatives/action plans of vulnerable youth in target areas
- Strengthening community resilience
- Improving access of vulnerable youth to quality social and economic services;
Applications should be submitted to the UNDP Kazakhstan, office #601, 14, A.Mambetov street, Astana, Kazakhstan no later than 18:00, 14 January 2019 (travel or post expenses to submit the proposal are covered at the expense of the applicant).
