Proposals shall be submitted on or before 4.30 p.m. (local time) on Sunday, December 02, 2018
Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
Proposals must be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. A pre-bid meeting will be held at IDB Bhaban, (19th floor), meeting room, for the clarification on the bidding document and ToR on 28 November 2018 at 3.00 PM.
Note: Bidder needs to carry a valid Passport/NID/Credit or Debit card with photo/Original driving license in order to enter into IDB Bhaban for the pre-bid meeting.
