RFP-SSLED-009-Study on Roadmap of Global SSL Cooperation, Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Sustainable Financial Support Program
the sub-contract is to achieve following objectives: 1) investigate the status quo of SSL application and related policies, technologies, industries and other fundamental conditions from key regions and countries covered by the “Belt and Road Initiative” (BRI); analyze and develop the international cooperation roadmap, and provide specific suggestions; 2) study the growth trend of both domestic and international SSL industries, as well as the required supporting policies, identify the prioritized targets that should be supported by both Chinese government and international organizations in the future, conduct related feasibility study, so as to guide future international cooperation in the field.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your proposal to this RFP for Technical Assistance and Advisory Service on Enabling Solid State Lighting Market Transformation & Promotion of Light Emitting Diode Lighting project.

Your Proposal should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP. Interested bidders are requested to send confirmation letter to SSLED Project Management Office (PMO) by email and indicate whether you intend to submit a proposal, no later than November 30, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Sub-contract proposals should be submitted to SSLED PMO before 5:00 pm, December 10, 2018 (Beijing time). Five copies of the Proposal (including technical and financial proposals) are required. Please carefully read the TOR for sub-contract and Request for Proposal (RFP) of SSLED project. Any discrepancy with TOR or RFP could result in a rejection. No matter succeed or not, the submitted proposal will not be returned.
