| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant (working in group with 01 Ntaional Consulant as Team Leader and 01 International Consultant) for Development of a Capacity Needs Assessment Tool for Legal Communicators and Disseminators in Viet Nam - One National consultant – Senior Expert (15 working days)
The key objective of the assignment is to develop a capacity needs assessment tool to identify what key capacities already exist and what additional capacities may be needed for legal communicators and disseminators as well as main barriers/challenges to the capacity building in Viet Nam to reach the EU JULE project’s objectives. Special focus should be assessing the capacity of legal communicators and disseminators to work with vulnerable groups, areas requiring improvement, inputs for the capacity strengthening plan and recommendations on further interventions.
