UNDP is kindly requesting you to submit your quotation in MKD, VAT excluded in a sealed envelope under RFQ 38/2018 for mentoring services to the newly established businesses under the Self-employment programme in South-East Planning Region as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 3.
