| Overview : The purpose of the assignment is to refurbish the Gender based Violence Unit in Khomas as per attached specifications (Bill of Quantity is included). The premises have been identified to be largely inadequate and required urgent renovation, to improve the structural integrity of the buildings and the working conditions, which will subsequently lead to an improvement of the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. A phased in approach of renovations was considered, and renovations of key priority areas, was identified and accomplished in 2018, whereby the kitchen, toilets, corridor, waiting room, reception, boardroom and 3 offices were upgraded. The next phase of renovations is being considered under this assignment. |
