Overview :

Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Cash for Work for Rubble Removal, Painting, Planting and Tiling in Al Qubaa WTP-East Mosul, Iraq as detailed in Annex 3 of this RFQ. 

Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. 

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online e-Tendering system in the following link: using your username and password.  

“For e-Tendering submission – the deadline is as indicated in e-Tendering system. Note that system time zone is in EST/EDT (New York) time zone. Any changes due to day light saving measures will not change/effect the time for the subject tender.”

“Bidders who will be registered on the e-tendering will be able to download the complete bidding documents from the e-tendering website at:
