Overview :

UNDP Vietnam seeks a Firm/Organization to produce video and audio clips for mine risks education for TV and radio broadcasting in Quang Binh and Binh Dinh provinces.

The Contractor is expected:

1. Two short video clips to communicate MRE messages relating to (1) characteristics of landmine/UXO, (2) risky behaviors leading to landmine accidents, (3) Ways to avoid landmine accidents, (4) Consequences of bomb/landmine accidents, (5) Signs of landmine areas. The video clips can be used for TV broadcasting and for the social medial use. Creative approach, such as animation, graphics, is a key asset.

- Take photographs while filming to capture all recorded images.

2. Two audio clips to communicate MRE messages relating to (1) characteristics of landmine/UXO, (2) risky behaviors leading to landmine accidents, (3) Ways to avoid landmine accidents, (4) Consequences of bomb/landmine accidents, (5) Signs of landmine areas. The audio clip might be in the form of plays. The audio clips will be used for radio broadcasting at both provincial and communal levels.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
