| Overview : Description of the assignment: To lead a team of two consultants (other consultant is national) to conduct a midterm review (MTR) of the Effective Development Financing and Coordination (EDFC) project. The MTR will document lessons learnt over the past three years of the project, make recommendations for how best to use the project's capacities and resources for the remaining implementation period, and provide perspectives on a possible next phase of the project.
