| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national consultant - Livelihood Technical Consultant for GCF Project to lead and provide technical support for the implementation of Livelihoods programme of the project in 5 provinces, including Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and Ca Mau in closely collaboration with local partners, local authorities, forest users and civil society groups to ensure effective implementation.
