Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo kindly requests Professional Companies to submit a Proposal for:

  1. Develop 3D Virtual Reality Restitution (Modeling and Rendering) of the Archeological Park “Ulpiana” located in the municipalities of Gračanica/Graçanicë and Lipjan/Lipljan;
  2. Develop the material and produce a video documentary on the history and importance of the Archeological Park “Ulpiana”.

This Request for Proposal is part of the “Inter-community Dialogue through inclusive Cultural Heritage Preservation” project, financed by the European Union’s Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP) and implemented by the UNDP in Kosovo.

This procurement process is conducted through UNDP e-Tendering online system. Interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents.

The Proposals should be received trough E-tendering system no later than COB Thursday, March 14, 2019

An Offerors conference and introduction on UNDP e-Tendering online system will be conducted on 5 March 2019, at 11:00 at United Nations Development Programme office at Zagrebi street Nr.58, Prishtinë/Priština. While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Offeror.

 Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the e-Tendering system. Bidders are encouraged to click on “Accept invitation” button in order to received automatic notifications id such amendments occur.
