Procurement for Supply & Delivery of Interior and Finishing Material to Salisbury Education Campus in Dominica

The Procurement Unit of the Barbados & OECS office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a bid for the above-reference subject.

The Technical Bid and Financial Bid files MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and sent separately and clearly marked as either “TECHNICAL BID” or “FINANCIAL BID,” as appropriate. Each document shall include the Proposer’s name and address.

A pre-bid conference will be scheduled for 18 March 2019.  Interested participants must be confirm their attendance in advance.  Please refer to RFQ tender for full details and instructions.

As per the RFQ document and e-tendering site, the bid submission deadline is 5p.m. EST (New York Time), 25 March 2019.
