| Overview : The Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) is the custodian of the evaluation function in UNDP. It is guided by the UNDP Evaluation Policy, which requires IEO to maintain an online platform for managing evaluation content for the organization. To fulfill this responsibility and manage evaluation information, IEO maintains a number of online platforms such as the Evaluation Resource Centre, NEC Information Centre and the UN Evaluation Group website. To manage and maintain these online applications as well as to develop new systems to meet its business needs, IEO regularly seeks the services of technical vendors. Presently, IEO would like to develop an online conference registration application for its National Evaluation Capacities Conference Series. This application should enable IEO to send invitations, track the status of its invitees, collect payment, distribute conference materials and generate insight reports on conference participation. IEO plans to use this new registration system for the sixth NEC conference to be held in October 2019. The conference will include two days of pre-conference technical training workshops and three days of interactive conference sessions. The targeted number of participants is 500. We are requesting proposals from vendors who can help us with this project.
