| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a An International Expert for identification of appropriate incentive mechanisms/schemes to promote energy efficiency / Green Building in the building sector in Viet Nam (20 working days) The objectives of this assignment are to provide suggestion to the MOC to help defining a roadmap of appropriate and relevant incentives schemes / mechanisms to promote EE in buildings. The assignment is 02 folds. The first goal is to provide the assigned national expert with an analytic and synthetic report about currently implemented financial and non-financial schemes/mechanisms to promote EE/Green Building at international level. Finally, it is expected that the International Expert provides a peer-review of the draft and final report (proposing the most appropriate scheme/ mechanism for promulgation in Viet Nam) produced by the National Expert The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
