| Overview : UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit a Lead International Individual Consultant Specialist for Climate Change Project Development. The Lead International Climate Change Project Development Specialist will be the GEF PPG Team Leader and will be responsible for the overall drafting of the Project Document (ProDoc), quality assurance and timely preparation of all studies, reports and documentation, including the finalized UNDP ProDoc and CEO Endorsement Request, with all mandatory and project specific Annexes and supporting documentation. S/he will be responsible for managing and coordinating all consultants on the GEF PPG Team. |
