| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national consultant to provide Scoping study and Technical Brief on innovative finance to directly complement designs of new Government housing programme . The consultant is responsible for conducting an analysis of opportunities and challenges in incentivizing the development and/or scale up of climate resilient housing finance options, developing a research plan, executing interviews with key stakeholders including at the household level in at least 2 project provinces, and documenting lessons learned and future options for innovation among the public and private sector based on national and international existing good practice. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
