Overview :

The UNDP Samoa country office is calling for interested candidates to submit their proposals for The Land Use Planning Specialist.  The specialist will provide the technical expertise and leadership to develop Land Use Plans under the Niue R2R project, building on the results of the past Land Use Planning Project, the 2018 Land use survey, and work in collaboration with the Justice Department (the Titles Register) on land ownership and titling issues, and through Village Councils and communities.

Deadline for submission of proposals is Monday 15 April 2019.  Use the provided templates for submission of your proposal.  Send to procurement.ws@undp.org by deadline.  Incomplete proposals will not be considered and only candidates for whom there is further interest will be contacted. Proposals must include the following attachments.

Mandatory Documents for Evaluation of your Proposal:

  1. Form for Submission of the Provider’s Proposal (Annex 2)
  2. Recent Curriculum Vitae
  3. Written confirmation of availability for the duration of the contract.
  4. Three (3) professional references most recent.  Template provided to use (Annex 4).  Please forward the template to the referees together with the TOR and they should send directly to procurement.ws@undp.org by due date.

Optional BUT can be submitted together with the Mandatory Documents:

  1. P11 form.  The selected candidate must submit a signed P11 prior to contract award.  Template provided to use (Annex 5).

NB.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, this consultancy had to be readvertised.  All previous applicants are welcome to reapply - but please use the form for submission to submit your proposal.  All other attachments (references, CVs) from your original submission can be resubmitted for this proposal.
