| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant and 01 National Consultant to conduct a Preliminary Review of the Regulatory Framework and Practices in Vietnam on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) The objectives of this assignment are: - To assess the regulatory framework in Vietnam in terms of implementation of UNGPs, including the identification of gaps and measures required to ensure implementation of UNGPs, focusing on Employment and Industrial Relations; Land; Corruption; Consumer Interest Protection; Environment; Migrants’ Rights; Science and Technology; Competition; Taxation; Personal Data Protection; Civil Remedies; Administrative Remedies; Criminal Remedies etc.
- Consultation workshop with relevant stakeholders on protection of human rights in the context of business activity to inform the research
- Analysis of the regulatory framework combined with consultation with relevant stakeholders to prepare final report
- To develop a National Action Plan on Responsible Business Conduct.
