| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cambodia is looking for Individual Contractors to perform the above-mentioned assignment. Interested offeror must download the attached Individual Consultant Procurement Notice, Term of Reference, and the Document Templates to be included when submitting application. Any request for clarification/additional information on the procurement notice shall be communicated in writing to UNDP office or send to email pheara.lek@undp.org and cc procurement.kh@undp.org while the Procurement Unit would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, only requests receiving at least 5 working days prior to the submission deadline will be entertained. Any delay in providing such information will not be considered as a reason for extending the submission deadline. The UNDP's response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be posted on the individual Consultant (IC) Procurement Notice. Therefore, all prospective offerors are advised to visit this page regularly to make obtain update related to this Individual Consultant (IC). Interested offeror/individual must submit the following documents/information into a signle file to demonstrate their qualifications: Cover letter: Explaining why the candidate the most suitable for the work; UNDP P11 Form for ICs as per UNDP template (template provided as per attached file) Offeror’s letter to UNDP confirming interest and availability for the Individual Contractor (IC) (please quote your professional fee) Copy or link to a samples of previous or current work related to Written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex development concepts and recommendations
