| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant for the development of leaflets for vulnerable groups on the right to claim state compensation The key objective of the assignment is to develop leaflets, including both hard and electronic versions with simple-understanding contents and vivid designs, to disseminate the State Compensation Law to the vulnerable groups, so they can understand what their rights are to claim for state compensation, when they can claim and how to claim. The leaflets will contribute to strengthening awareness of the vulnerable groups about their rights to claim for state compensation, thus supporting them to exercise their rights in an effective and legitimate manner. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations Procurement Notice with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria are in the attached files.
